# VCX Capital Council Process ### Evaluation The VCX council will evaluate the product concept, provide suggestions for how it can be improved, as well as investigate whether or not the idea is scalable and can be sustained. A thorough and professional process of due diligence is carried out to determine whether or not the product can be successfully scaled up over the long term and if it is a good match for the target audience. ### **Threat analysis** The VCX Capital Council is going to conduct a periodic threat analysis in order to identify any potential blockages or problems that the project team could experience in the course of development and execution. VCX Capital is here to deliver viable solutions to address critical start-Up business issues. ### Review The VCX Council will oversee and address the fundamental and technological pain points associated with projects. VCX Council may provide revised product definition and product vision recommendations and guidance as per requirements. VCX Council will give high-level counselling on the user flow, product flow, and income distribution for the project while keeping alignment with the vision and mission for the product. Once the Review is complete, each member shares their reports within the panel, and based on the overall analysis, they validate the project with consensus. ### Start-Up Dashboard Once the project is granted approval, they will be allowed access to the Start-Up Dashboard, where they can create a sale and display all pertinent information on the public pool. Where the Community will invest via Quadratic funding mechanism. In the event that a proposal is rejected by the VCX Council, we will give an explanation and critique of where they fell short.
