# Treasury

Creating a minimum viable product (MVP) is one of the very first objectives of a startup founder.

The VCX Capital treasury will help bring the best Web3 ideas and products to life by funding them in the idea stage. The first round of funding comes from the Treasury, where a small amount is distributed to selected business ideas at the VCX Capital council's sole discretion.

### **Process for Treasury Incubation**

The onboarding process involves collecting data from type forms attached to the dashboard, going through a rigorous review and due-diligence process, and finally being taken into consideration by the VCX Capital council for the voting process to get the project listed on the dashboard.

* This first step of the onboarding process can be used to secure initial capital for an idea stage project.
* Once onboarded, the projects will be incubated with capital access from the VCX Capital Treasury to get started and get the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) ready.
* Once the project gets ready with MVP considering all the insights that are shared by VCX Council then they may be applicable for community fundraising form VCX Public pool

All the revenues generated from the Ecosystem directly comes to the Treasury . which will be used for treasury incubation, operations, marketing, development etc. and Certain % of Revenue will be shared and distributed to VCX Council.
